The Pain is Temporary, Glory is Forever
As you know I attended a Kettlebell Instructor course in Dublin last weekend.
It was a great journey of pain, sweat and laughter with others who came to do the same thing.
This was 2 day kettlebell instructor course, where we been thought how to use and work with kettlebell’s in safe manner. Also we’v been instructed how to train others and make sure that person get’s 110 % out of their workout.
The course was organised and held by Shane Nicoletti of KBI (Kettlebell’s Ireland) and FFI (Function & Fitness) school. Shane thought us for two long days with loads of patience and smile on his face. It was a great course and I would recommend it to anyone.

Still I have one more part of that course to do, to get fully qualified. There is a kettlebell “Snatch” exam. Apparently it will be a grueling 80 reps in 4 minutes of swinging (snatching) the kettlebell over my head.
So preparations are in order.
What is a kettlebell?
A kettlebell is hand held weight which can be used to train the whole body. It resembles a cannonball with a handle attached. Kettlebells can vary in weight and they have been used for centuries in Russia and surrounding countries.
Hardstyle kettlebell/power club training brings us back to the old school methods of training that worked. Kettlebell movements train the whole body, from the core to the bigger outer body muscles. Kettlebell training also trains your heart and lungs (Cardiorespiratory system). Kettlebell training is one of the best ways to burn lots of calories. Because you use lots of muscle groups at the one time, you only need to spend a short amount of time during each session.
The last two days I spend swinging, dead-lifting, pushing, pulling and correcting my techniques. The pain and fatigue that followed been very hard at the end of each training day. But the thought of success has been pushing me not to give up and try even harder.
I followed good old saying: “The Pain is Temporary, Glory is Forever”.
If you would like to achieve something, DON’T GIVE UP, GO FOR IT… 😉
